About Klyne Tugs (Lowesoft) Ltd. --- The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) chose Klyne Tugs Ltd to be the recipient of their prestigious multi-million pound contract for long-term provision of Emergency Towing Vessels (ETV) to protect the British coastline. Under this contract, tugs from the Klyne fleet are stationed in four locations, two in the north of Scotland, one in the Dover Strait and one in the western approaches. The eight-year contract includes a full all year round service in all four locations and the ETVs will carry full HM Coastguard livery with white hulls and red insignia.
